7th Annual Halloween Costume Party at Vanguard with THE PRESETS (LIVE), ETIENNE DE CRECY, VITTO & DRUZZI (of The Rapture), MIAMI HORROR (DJ set), SMIMS & BELLE, SURAHN (DFA) (of Empire of the Sun) and FRIENDS in Hollywood - Friday, October 26th, 2012. Doors open at 9pm & close at 3am. 21+.

OVERVIEW:
7th year, time to get your Halloween Oogie Boogie on again. THE PRESETS (LIVE) just announced!! We said our secret guest was going to blow your socks off... we hope you are excited as we are!! In addition, we have the legend himself ETIENNE DE CRECY to really get the dance party going alongside MIAMI HORROR DJs and VITO & DRUZZI (The Rapture DJ’s) who are sure to amp up the fun. We are also pleased to have SMIMS & BELLE who consist of Mark Foster and Isom Innis of Foster the People to really funk it up. Additionally SURAHN (DFA) will take the stage, from the group Empire of the Sun. This year’s lineup absolutely is STACKED with a strong group of acts that are doing big things in music.
We have decided to throw the event at VANGUARD again this year, a location unlike any other for a full on dance party.
This is Collaborative Media’s signature event and this year's will be the best produced to date.
VANGUARD will be transformed into a haunted house full of random entertainment, 3 indoor sound stages, 12+ artists/DJs, large outdoor patio, aerialists, photobooths and costume party madness.

One of our all time favorite acts! The Presets is an Australian electronic music duo formed in 2003, consisting of Julian Hamilton on vocals and keyboards, and Kim Moyes on drums and keyboards.

The Rapture is an indie rock band based in New York City. They were forerunners of the post-punk revival of the early 2000s, as they mixed their early post-punk sound with electronic and dance elements.
